A Growing Market with a Real Need

The youth market is the second fastest growing segment in the fitness industry, behind only the aging baby boomer market in pace of growth. The market more than doubled in the decade ending 2005.^# This growth is driven by several trends, including an alarming rise in childhood obesity rates, a reduction in school physical education funding, increasing and often excessive competitiveness in community sports leagues, and a tendency for parents to spend on their children's health, wellness and education to overcome all of these trends.

Great Play Children's Gyms

Designed to fit into a ~3,000 sq. ft. space, our specially designed children's gyms, which we refer to as Interactive Arenas, are designed specifically to support our highly engaging proprietary programs. Our programs include intro motor skills (ages 6 months to 3½ years), motor skills and intro athletic development (3½ to 5½), sport skills (grades K to 5), and physical education (grades K to 5). In addition we run award-winning birthday parties (for ages 1 to 10). Each program includes step-by-step curriculum, supported by our Arena technology, and is designed to make learning new skills easy and fun.
